The Public Trustee in South Australia has announced that from 1 July 2019 they will no longer be providing a Will service except to those holding an eligible concession card.

This means, if you do not hold an eligible concession card and have previously had your Will drafted by the Public Trustee you will need to make alternative arrangements next time you update your Will (from 1 July 2019 onwards).

How we can help you

At Australian Executor Trustees (AET), we’ve been helping Australians build, manage, protect and transfer their wealth for over 130 years.

Our team of specialist estate planning lawyers can help you prepare or update your Will as well as put in place your estate plan. What’s more, because we’re a professional trustee company, you can choose to appoint us as the executor of your estate which means that we will be responsible for the estate administration.

Find out more about our services and fees or read our financial services guide.

At AET, we recommend that you review your Will every three years or if your circumstances change – view our estate planning checklist for more information.
