Tim was admitted to practice in South Australia as a barrister and solicitor in 2002. He graduated from the University of Adelaide with a Bachelor of Health Sciences and a Bachelor of Laws. Tim is a member of the Law Society of South Australia and The Tax Institute of Australia.

Prior to joining Australian Executor Trustees, Tim gained extensive experience in the areas of personal injury insurance, corporate compliance and Wills and estates through his previous employment in the Adelaide office of a major insurance company and a national private law firm.

In addition, he was employed as a corporate paralegal in a North American law firm, during which time he developed advanced Spanish language skills.
